This hike starts at the foot of Hobal Trace off the Maracas Royal Road. The hike is a steady uphill trek through the mountains to the second highest peak in T&T at over 3000 ft elevation. The uniqueness of the flora and fauna is obvious as one climbs above a certain elevation.
Views of the north coast beaches and Central plains are breathtaking on a clear cloudless day.
The hike duration is approximately 21/2 hrs to the summit. Rating 6.
